Poisons (Exemption) (Revocation) Regulations 2023: Revokes the Poisons (Exemption) Regulations 1979.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Regulation 1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Exemption) (Revocation) Regulations 2023.
Regulation 2. Revocation
The Poisons (Exemption) Regulations 1979 [P.U. (A) 150/1979] are revoked.
