Order 1. Citation and commencement

  • (1)
    This order may be cited as the Occupational Safety and Health (Prohibition of Use of Substance) Order 1999.
  • (2)
    This Order shall come into operation on 2 August 1999.

Order 2. Prohibition of use of substance

  • The substances listed in column (1) of the Schedule shall be prohibited from use to the extent as specified in column (2)

SCHEDULE – PROHIBITION OF USE OF SUBSTANCE
