We're excited to share Update 01 — continuing our mission to provide a clean, reliable platform for Malaysian occupational safety, health, and environmental legislation.

What's new in this update

  1. SEO-friendly URLs — All legal document URLs have been rewritten for better search performance and readability.
  2. Environmental coverage expanded — Added more regulations under the Environmental Quality Act 1974.
  3. Fire Services Act refreshed — Updated with the latest Fire Services (Amendment) Act 2025. However, note that as of this update the amendments are yet to be enforced.
  4. Fire Certificate Regulations included — Newly added under the Fire Services Act 1988.

We're moving fast to keep OSHWARE accurate and useful. Expect more laws, schedules, and improvements in future updates. As always, your feedback is welcome.
