SECOND SCHEDULE [Regulation 5 and subregulation 7(1)] - GASEOUS EMISSION LIMIT FOR MOTORCYCLE ENGINES
The emission of Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrocarbons (HC) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) shall not exceed the following limits as measured by The European Economic Committee ("EEC") Council Directive 97/24/EC of 17 June 1997 on the approximation of the laws of the member states relating to the measures to be taken against air pollution caused by two or three wheel motor vehicles:
