Prescribes the monthly overtime-work limit for the purposes of section 60A(4)(a) of the Employment Act 1955.
Regulation 1. Citation.
These Regulations may be cited as the Employment (Limitation of Overtime Work) Regulations 1980.
Regulation 2. Limit of overtime work.
The limit of overtime work for the purpose of section 60A (4) (a) of the Act shall be a total of one hundred and four hours in any one month.
