Order 1. Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Occupational Safety and Health (Prohibition of Use of Substance) Order 1999.
(2)
This Order shall come into operation on 2 August 1999.
Order 2. Prohibition of use of substance
The substances listed in column (1) of Schedule shall be prohibited from use to the extent as specified in column (2).
